Hi all - I'm wanting to build some experience and understanding of the ER capabilities within D365.

Questions:

  1. Has anyone discovered any good training courses or 'cookbooks' that can help guide through the setup/design process?
  2. Is using ER to design EFT/ACH payment formats becoming the 'best practice'?

I've tried walking through the MS documentation but I'm still struggling to understand the concepts.
