Hi,

One of the new users was trying Ax inventory recalculation--Setup-Closing and adjustments.

But they didnt mean to execute it at this time as the actual run date was to run after the financial year close(next moth)

But the user accidentally click ok and it was running halfway before the user close Ax

Is it possible to cancel the run on 26th Nov so that it wont affect the data??

I checked the Closing and Adjustments .The OK column shows X cross for todays date . I printed out the adjustments for the todays date and can see 4 inventory transactions affected.

Can you please help me how to go about the query of the user??

Hi NDingankar22,

Once the inventory recalculation is completed you can reverse it again.

That seems to be the easiest way to get your issue fixed.

The version of Ax is 2012 and the issue is the inventory recaluclation was stopped halfway by the user .

Since it was stopped in between and not allowed to complete there are few transactions there were settled

Can you please help me exactly what steps needs to do to reverse those settled transactions.

Can you resume the calculation until it gets completed?

Once it is completed you should be able to reverse it.

Thank u for the reply. How do we can reverse it.I dont see an option in Ax 2012. Reverse as in Ax 2012==do the cancellation which will reverse ..right??Thanks in advance

Hello NDingankar22,

The button is called "Cancellation" and you should be able to find it in the closing and adjustment form in the menu bar.

I cant resume the calculation for the below. The resume calculation is disabled. What is the another way for the same.

Hi Ndingankar22,

If the whole process is stuck and you cannot resume or cancel things then open a support ticket with MS.

Please don't try to manipulate something in the code or tables because this can make things worse.

You need technical help to get this fixed.
