Workflow to Schedule specific timed email daily - Dynamics 365 online

Afternoon all,

I have been asked to set up a workflow to send an hourly update on some business information.

The issue I have is that they need it sent only in working hours / on the hour. To Start at 8am each day and stop at 6pm each day.

I have created the required template and managed to get the workflow to send each hour on the hour but how do I get it to only send between the required times.

Any help would be appreciated.
