How to send/print several reminders

Hello everyone,

I have a customer that wants to send (and maybe print) several reminders, all at once, to different costumers.

Is this possible? If so, how should I do it?

The customer already have reminder terms on their customers in BC (with different levels).

Are next step to set up job queues? If so, how do I do that?

Do I need to set up 188 and 190? and how do I set them up correctly?

If it is not possible to send every reminder through email, then how should my customer print every reminder?

Is it possible to print several reminders at the same time?

Can I see somewhere which reminders that can be sent by email and which reminders I need to print?

I am new to business central so I am very greatful for all the help I can get!

Hi,

Depending on your version you can specify the report to be emailed in the document layouts for the customer.

Enter the email address in the above.

Again, depending on your version you may need to setup the Email Scenario Assignment.

Against the customer specify the document sending profile.

If you want to run report 118 on the job queue then you may need some code to set the following dates, so perhaps run manually at first.

To email you then select all the reminders and then Issue.

Select Email for Print option and set any other fields.

As my example is set to current user then a draft email appears so I know it will send.

Thank you for your help!

Is it possible to not get the email draft, is there a way we could send the reminders anyway? Sometimes my customer have so many diffrent reminders that needs to be sent out.

And, do you know if it is possible to print several reminders at the same time?
When i try it, in "reminders" but also in "issued reminders" i will always only get one PDF with one reminder in downloaded files

When Issuing reminders, Checkmark the "Hide Email Dialog". This should send them out automatically without opening each email draft.
