"Order Confirmation" E-Mail Message

Hi:

By default, the e-mail message that is sent to customers along with the Sales Order Confirmation PDF begins with "Dear company name" instead of "Dear Mary" or whatever the first name of the contact is.

How can this message be modified to pull the first name, instead of the company name?

You can customize through word layout what will be the text in the e-mail, Then you can do that without coding.

Hi, I checked the standard code.

GreetingText = Hello

CustomerAddress1 = Customer Name

But there is no first name in the standard DataItem, you need to use Report Extension to add it first, and then update the Layout file.
