Hi:
By default, the e-mail message that is sent to customers along with the Sales Order Confirmation PDF begins with "Dear company name" instead of "Dear Mary" or whatever the first name of the contact is.
How can this message be modified to pull the first name, instead of the company name?

Hi, I checked the standard code.
GreetingText = Hello
CustomerAddress1 = Customer Name
But there is no first name in the standard DataItem, you need to use Report Extension to add it first, and then update the Layout file.
