Hi All,
Source Document field is disabled in the Inventory In-Transit Transfer window ? how can i enable this?

In Transit Transfer can be used in both Inventory Management and Field Service (It was originally released as a field service feature and then later opened up to inventory management)
I believe that this Source Document field is specifically used for the field service application for when a service call/work requires an inventory transfer. When originated through this function, I believe it will populate this field. You can see in my sample data that when I pull up an In-Transit from field service, it provides a source record and drill back to the applicable field service function.
If you have access to the GP sample company and look at the in-Transit values that exist there you should find Document 1079. This is a document that originated from and RTV/Return through the field service function. This one will populate the the RTV # that created the In Transit record.
So, to answer the original question, this is not a field that you would open up as it is populated based on the actions which created the In Transit from the Field service application.
