Is there a BAI2 file that I can get in order to follow this Set up doc. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/finance/cash-bank-management/set-up-advanced-bank-reconciliation-import-process
I don't have access to Visual studio. I am hoping to just be able to have a file, and upload it with test data. Has anyone done this before or can provide some guidance on what I can do?
Hi SCWIT,
Please find attached the files that you can use for testing. After you download them, remember to remove ".txt" from the file name so you can use the files.
BAI2CSV_2D00_to_2D00_BAI2XML.xslt.txtBAI2XML_2D00_to_2D00_Reconciliation.xslt.txt
So you mean save and remove this
Also can I still use XML Element as the source type? I have never set this up before, so I'm definitely out of my comfort and knowledge zone here.
What you have is correct. Seems like you already removed ".txt" from the end of file after saving them.
To get started, there are blogs that folks have written, try those. See 2 links below that can get you started.

thank you! I am using those, but now I am having a hard time getting the SampleBankCompositeEntity.xml Is there a way to get this without accessing the resource file in the AOT?
Please find attached the xml as wlel. remove ".txt" from file after you download.SampleBankCompositeEntity.xml.txt
Okay, we are almost there! Final file request. How can I get a sample BAI2 file to import and test if my set up is correct?
You need to follow steps that are mentioned in link below to set it up completely:

Hi SCWIT0905,
Please take time to help verify the answers that help guide you in right direction (files provided above). If you run into any specific issues while testing bank reconciliation, please open another question. We want to have one question per thread so it's easy to track and respond to. Thank you.
I believe the files provided were helpful, but I will not know until I can successfully import a bank statement. I the links and verification of the file name was helpful. I will confirm once Import a statement
