I have configured CRM 2013 and SharePoint fully integrated and all works fine.

Now the customer have request me to publish CRM to internet.

The step for CRM 2013 are enable ADFS and IFD and permit access to the CRM and ADFS server from internet using HTTPS.

For SharePoint 2013 server I need make some specific configuration?

SharePoint need to be accessible from internet and use ADFS for authentication?

    Hi Lorenzo,

the SharePoint also need to be exposed to the internet if you want the integration to work when you access CRM externally

    Here is one approach

I agree with Bruno. We need to setup ADFS for SharePoint too. Recently, I worked with one of my customers where they exposed SP using FBA, LDAP membership which is an option available for SP to expose it to internet and it failed to configure document management in CRM. SO, please use ADFS and follow the steps in the article mentioned by Bruno.

    Also, remember to

Go to central admin -> Manage Web Applications. Select your default site and Extend web application with following config:

    • Port 443

    • Hostname

    • Enable SSL

    • Windows Auth NTLM and Trusted Provider ADFS both enabled

    • Zone - Intranet

Yes, I have write all the procedure on my blog (lorson.wordpress.com/.../configure-adfs-3-0-with-sharepoint-2013-for-claim-authentication). The problem is who the integration is very basic so if SharePoint was accessible from internet any user (obvious enabled user) can see all CRM documents if browse SharePoint directly. The integration don't reflect the CRM entity visibility permission on SharePoint.

This can be a big problem.

I have made the configuration. When I go on CRM document page the system tell me: unable to display ADFS (Windows 2012 R2) logon page in IFRAME.

If I open SharePoint in a different tab the system logon me automatically after that CRM begin work. Make a double authentication is not a problem but I display the logon page in the IFRAME?
