Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to bring in additional column which shows the errors for stopped workflows?

I tried following your steps in AOT browser but cant find the column that shows the error text.

Hi Isaac,

To further help out, sharing the table name that can be utilized:

1) WorkflowTrackingTable

2) WorkflowTrackingCommentTable [recid of (1) and (2) remains same] - this table contains the error text.

3) WorkflowTrackingStatusTable [To filter Tracking Status = Stopped (error)]

Since you are system admin, on temporary basis you can utilize systablebrowser option to get the required data and work. To get it properly, you can also try with ER report development.

Hi,

Thank you all for your replies. I have sys admin view so can see, however I just wanted a quick view to see all without having to go through each one.

Thank again, so I will put it down as not an option out of the box.

Hi,

Unfortunately, thats not possible. Can you explain a bit why you need it?

I would expect that if you have lots of errors, lots of them have probably the same cause. So eliminating the cause leave only few records, which can then be investigated one by one.

Hi Isaac,

If a system administrator or a person with the role Information Technology manager will open the workflow history form, they will have a different view and can filter on stopped and unrecoverable workflows.

Common > Inquiries > Workflow history

Hi,

I understand how to view it for each individual workflow that has errored, but it was to have an overview from the list for all workflows without having to go into each one. Thanks.

you can see the errors on the workflow tracking tab on the workflow history. Is that what you are looking for or is it something else?
