i am developing some workflows in my system

i want to give the proper rights to my users to access the workflow and they use this workflow users are submit the workflow and approve the workflow.

if i am give the system administrator role in my user every thing is working fine

but i want to add the new workflow in specific roles.

Workflow actions are operated via menu items, which are developed at time of workflow development. You can take those menu items and you can create a new privilege by dragging those menus into that privilege. Finally add that privilege into any security role(s), as per need i.e. whom need to operate workflow.
