Just want to ask if multiple intercompany is possible in ax 2012? Example. I have company A, B and C. Company A is intercompany with B and C . Company B is intercompany with A and C and Company C is intercompany with A and B.

In general this is possible provided that all intercompany setups are done properly.
However, your question is very general and if you require more information on that you either have to provide more information or check the familiar AX2012 sources, such as TechNet, this community Forum, etc.
