MC Statement Aging

Hi,

I experience this difference when I generate MC Statement using BBF and non BBF. The Balance due is the same but the Aging amount in each aging bucket is different. But this only happens using MC Statement Blank Form. For Blank Form, the aging result is the same.

What i noticed is that each aging bucket will show current month applied documents as unapplied. Example, I am generating Statement for August. Received one payment in Aug of $100 applied to a July invoice of $100. In 31-60 days, you will still see the 100 amount there. and Current month aging bucket will show $-100.

Is this a standard design only for MC Statement? In audit vise, is this correct?
