Having an issue with my sync from outlook to CRM dynamics. I have asked my IT department for help and they have been unable to find the problem.
Whenever I link an email that I am sending from my outlook, I use the set regarding option to link it to a lead, contact etc. The email is not filtering in to Dynamics. However, if i do the exact same process for setting up an appointment using my outlook calendar, use the set regarding button and link the appointment to a lead then it works fine and it populates into the activity feed on the lead.
I presume I am missing a setting to turn on the sync for my emails from outlook to dynamics but I cant find where I should be turning this on, or maybe it is not a setting and something else needs to be done.
Help required please!!!

Is the email activity created in CRM after you send it from Outlook?
Is the email address against which your Outlook Profile is configured, the same as the one you have in CRM as primary email address for your System User?
