will everyone be able to run the On demamd workflow?

Hi,

I created an on demand workflow. I am wondering will all the Sales persons or CSR users be able to run that On demand workflow or not?

If only some users security roles can run then what are those security roles?

    Hi Sam,

    it depends on the security roles and privileges you have provided to the users.

    if the scope of the workflow is organization, you need to provide organization level read privileges on 'process' entity and if you want them to be able to run an on demand workflow; you will have to provide permissions on 'process sessions' entity as well.
