Purchase Requisition Totals Empty

Dear All,

I use Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 R3, I have some issue that Purchase Requisition Totals is empty and show warning "The currency q2 does not exist"

Here is the screenshot

The user role I set are :

1. Purchase Agent

2. Receiving Clerk

3. System User

How to solve this issue?

    Hello Bintang,

    difficult to give a solution, you have to provide more Details, are you using item or Categories for your PR?

    Did you check line of PR, there is a field for currency, did you check if it is an item, if there is a trade Agreement for purchase?

    Hi Albrecht Prieler,

    I saw the detail of PR, they fill the currency

    Only that user get that issue, he get empty data to all purchase requisition when open Purchase Requisition Totals

    The other users have no problem

    The issue appears only for that user, not for the other

    Maybe I will try to synchronize after office hour

    I'll be back after I sync the DB

    Hi Crispin John Augustine,

    It solved by clear / reset usage data

    But why it happened? Because this issue happens a lot (often to several user)
