How can I edit the values in the Category field for email templates in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement?

Is there a way to remove some of the OOB Entities from the list of entities in the Category field on the Email Template form? My organization is a non-for profit. We do not use most of the "Sales" entities, i.e. Lead, Opportunity, Order... and would rather not see them as selections when creating new templates.

Hi Dreamer2112,

“the Category field on the Email Template form” you mentioned is following screenshot highlight part?

Unfortunately, you can't remove anyone option from the dropdownlist, which is by-design.

Category field is one OOB optionset field, which named 'Template Type', you can't edit it.
