Hi,
Trying to display a Power BI report on role center but falling at the first hurdle...
When i try to Authorise Azure Services i get the below error ;
You will first need run the "Set up Azure Active Directory" assisted setup and create the Azure app registration if not already done before you can Authorize Azure Services to integrate PowerBI reports in the role center.

Thank you. So my last response still applies. You have to first create an App registration in your Azure subscription. Once you have done that, you must run the assisted setup "Set up Azure Active Directory". Please see the screenshot below.
After you have successfully finished this step, you can go back to Authorize Azure Services from the PowerBI system part. Hope this helps.
