I'm having an issue with our lead scores that has plagued us for a while.
Our scoring model appears to score some leads, but not others, for the same action. Our scoring model uses form submissions as a trigger, and then adds points as part of the score for submitting the said form.
However, I see multiple leads who have submitted the same form as others, but receive no score. When I click on the lead, I can view their insights, confirm they have submitted the form, but still do not have a score. Additionally, I can go to the form and see the lead is part of the successful submissions, and yet they will still not be scored.
The problem isn't that the scoring model works for some forms and not others, it's that two leads can successfully complete the exact same condition (form submission) and one will receive the correct score and the other will not.
What could be causing the lead scoring model to discriminate between leads when it comes to scores? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hey Burly
Would it be possible to share any more details on what conditions you are using across the two lead scoring models?
Does a simple scoring model show up for both leads? For e.g. use a simple condition like lead email contain @ (assuming both leads are providing email).
Thanks
