production order process order automation

Hi All,

I have a requirement to automate the production order process/steps that is from scheduled to report as finished state ( i.e no user intervention ) ,currently when i manually complete the process , i have noticed few things please tell me how to automate the below steps

1) After running MPS and firming the planned production order , i would like to see the location auto-populated for the order

2) I have two BOM items ( i.e raw materials ) , both of them are batch tracking and location enabled , there is sufficient inventory available , but when i click on start process option , system is throwing error saying location and batch number missing for BOM items , before start we have to go to BOM order details and manually enter the location and batch number and then complete the start process , i would like to avoid this manual intervention , as soon as user clicks start option system should automatically pick the batch number and location

please let me know how , if there are any out of the box configurations available to achieve the above requirements
