    Hi,

To Add column in that particular view, you will have to navigate to Customization->Customize the system->Entity->Views->Add fields.

Remember only first three fields which has value will be displayed in this view. If any field does not have value then next field in next order will be displayed.

Based on the view from which you have openend the record fields first  will be displayed.

I have added  ACCOUNT NUMBER field in My Account View and As you can see the value is displayed.

    Hi,

It will display the first two columns of the view.

For example, on Order entity :

"My Orders" is the view name.

If you edit the view and move, for example "Total Amount" to second column :

    After Save & Publish :

    Hi,

As far as i know "record view navigation" shows the records from the view that you opened the record from. It shows the primary field of the entity and the first field of the current view.

In your case, you need to order columns on the views to show in record view navigation. There is not any exact view for that navigation if that is what you are looking for.

    Regards,

    HI,

You view name is Test which you should customize. I was wrong about three columns. It seems that it will only show first two columns. And this is not customizable.

If Field 1 does not contains data then Field2 value will be visible in Record Set view.

Erhan Keskin is correct below. The upper (first) field in the "open record set" column will be the primary field for the entity, the lower (second) field will be whatever is the first column in the view you picked.
