ITEM stock inquiry QUANTITY initial balance / onhand is wrong.

I have few items,for which initial quanity onhand is wrong in item stock inquiry.

the transactions are made on 31/12/2013 is on a fresh company, inserting beginning quantity to each sites.

but for items under adjustment ADJ000000466 to site 6022 shows the same error.

In db iv100200 shows correct value.  inerror4.png

In the historical stock report for item 0053 as of 31/12/2013 the quanity shown is also wrong.iverror3.png

in smartlist and db the quantity is correct.

But QTYONHND is wrong. for item 0053 instead of '35' its showing '-4898'iverror1.pngiverror2.png

NowcanAny one Please tell me Where is the error...or how to track this....

is there anyway to recalculate the QTYONHND column...

    I have the same problem, in this case the inventory reconciliation does not work, the problem is because the same day is the entrance and the exit, when I did a revision of the SP I see that it orders by date and number of document, there are other arrangements. .. we need help everything done does not work

    Hi Fazil,

    This means you have an inventory item with no account is assigned, please run smartlist of inventory where the account is empty to find the inventory with no accounts.  Add the accounts on all items where missing then do the HITB.  Please note that HITB reset is complex process if possible get in touch with your partner on this.  Please click here a very good post about HITB reset by Mahmoud Alsaadi.

    i am getting a message "could not determine inventory account for at least one item....  (image),  

    on 'Populate Table' in HITB.

    i run the reconcile. but it didn't show me any error... the problem still exists.

    i had run HITB. in this the data integrity check has errors."Average Item receipt QTY on hand does not equal IV QTY on hand.". And i couldnt continue further. How to solve this error?

    Start by running inventory reconcile. Utilities->Inventory->Inventory Reconcile. See if this corrects the QTYONHND value. Please let us know the results.

    Hi Fazil,

    Have you run Inventory Reconcile if not please do the same.  If that didn't do anything please run checklink against inventory.  Please make a backup before doing all these.  For inventory balance you need to use HITB.   This need to be installed if you have not done already, please click here to download the same but you need to login with customer source or partner source.
