Event Registration (msevtmgt_eventregistration) cannot be activated

Dear Community,

as this piece of information reveals, for users to handle event registrations, we should activate/deactivate them.

However, msevtmgt_eventregistrations cannot be activated, the following error message describes why:

[storage] Error Messages:
1: We couldn't activate the registration record. Reason: {"Message":"RegistrationWasDeleted"}

Call stack hash: -2095811475

any hints on how to handle eventregistration status or is this a case for support ticket?

    Hi,

    Would you please specify which operations have been done before the error message was shown?

    It seems not to be an error message in normal UI of marketing app.

    Were you doing some programming?

    Hi,

    i was implementig command bar power fx component to update the status. however, my colleaque was reporting the same message, when trying to update the record status with excel online manipulation.

    i will try to update the record with rest builder or console app, but i expect the same message.

    i also tried to update statecode and statuscode at the same time to avoid invalid combination.

    at this day, its not possible to reactivate inactive event registrations.

    this has been confirmed by the ms-support. they told me, they will raise an idea about that feature.
