Memory Capacity

Please I'm really new in this role while trying to study and read lots of material both functional and technical, there are issues for me to face at work everyday.

Please how do I find out the memory capacity of  Dynamics AX 2012, what can I do to improve performance when the system is running slow? How do I know if the system memory needs expansion. Thanks

    Expanding memory rarely fixes performance issues. Slowness generally comes from SQL Server 99% of the cases. I have an article about setting it up right and keeping the AX database healthy, also linking to the Microsoft Premiere Field Engineers' recommendations that you should check:
