Hello,

I'm looking for the documentation or process for how I can setup a 2 way sync between Dynamics 365 and Outlook Exchange for the calendar only. Our client does not want a 2 way sync for email.

Any advice is appreciated.

you can set it with the following order.

1. move [ Setting >Administration > System Settings ]

2. Select [Email ] tab

3. Set [Configure default synchronization method] as follows.
