Auto track sent email messages

Is there a way to automatically track all email messages our sales reps send to contacts or leads in our CRM? I don't want to have to remember to click the track button and I don't want to track all emails they send. I only want to automatically track email they send to contacts or leads. I can automatically track email they receive from contacts and leads. However I want to automatically track email going the other direction as well.

    If they are just typing the emails and email addresses in Outlook then the answer is an unfortunate "No". You may want to look into using a Forward Mailbox and see if you can get them to at least CC that email address. technet.microsoft.com/.../dn768359.aspx

    Another option in Outlook, also not ideal, would be to train them to find the lead or contact record since they clearly have the Outlook addin. Then right-click on the record in the view and create the email that way. Then it will automatically be tracked and it will also have the proper email address.

    I realize neither of these are ideal but I'd look into those options.

    This is possible through an app called LiiD for CRM. An email sent to (or received from) a person whose emailadress you have in your Dynamics is automatically logged under the right lead/contact and account. You can also choose to track the email under a specific opportunity.
