Hi, I am trying to display the button based on multiple status code value, is that possible? It looks like I can only put one value at a time

you will have to add one more display rule and see if you can group by "OR" or "AND" etc. as per your need.

Hi. Please try following steps:

Open ribbon workbench and load your solution containing the entity you want to customize the ribbon.

Select the entity, click the "Plus" icon next to Display Rule section to add a new Display Rule.

In the right properties panel, click Add step > OrRule to add an Or group

In the OrRule section, click Add Step > ValueRule and input values as you did in your screenshot

To add more Or condition, click Add Step right below the "OR" lable > ValueRule, and input your second condition. Repeat until all OR conditions are added.

Your DisplayRule should look like this:

Note: make sure you link the DisplayRule to the Command you want to apply.
