Dear all,
I wonder if somebody knows if the following is possible:
1. Creation of a Visit Report (or a record in general) in Dynamics 365 online [CHECK]
2. Automatic running of a flow which checks for a new record in Dynamics and writes custom text as an entry in Microsoft Teams (in a defined channel) [CHECK]
3. Handover not only of some values such as the title of the record, e. g. Visit Report title (as plain text) but also a link TO that specific Visit Report. [QUESTION]
Currently the users tracking the channel would get the visit report number but would have to navigate to the visit report have to look the number up and open it. It would be so much more convenient and time saving if they could just click the link of the visit report and be redirected in a browser window to the record.
Is this possible? Does anybody know?

I have the same question (0)
My guess would be.
- use the email a link to this record functionality on the visit report to get a url to a record
- remove the record id guid from that link
- set that link somewhere and add the id of the record you are running against to it.
