    Hello,

AFAIK there is no plugin for XrmToolbox or something similar to do that in bulk so you will have to to do it manually going through all the workflows.

No its not possible  , Wrokflow is not an user/team owned entity.

    Hi,

You could use the Assign option to perform a bulk update of the ownership of workflows. However, the processes would go to Draft state once the owner is changed. You can re-activate them.

Here are the steps you need to follow:-

    1. Navigate to Settings -> Processes -> All Processes

    2. Select the processes you need to change the ownership for

    3. Use the Assign button on the ribbon, a popup would appear.

    4. On the popup, select the Assign to value as User or team and choose the User of Team value as the new user who would own the processes.

    5. The processes would now be in the Draft state, you can select them and activate them.

Please mark the answer as verified if it resolves your issue.

    Thanks,

    Sravya

    Hi,

you can select the workflow and assign it like below picture, but remember to activate the workflow after assigned to new owner.

In the Unified Interface, the ‘Processes’ section is no longer available, but reassignment can be also done in the Advanced Find when looking for the "Processes" entity.

Workflows still remain Active after the change of ownership.
