how to issue qty in positive

We recently started using AX. before we had other erp system in which our habit was to create inventory issuing transactions in positive numbers for giving the goods from warehouses. but in ax it is opposite issue quantities in negative in inventory movement journal transactions, this is creating lot of confusion among our users and many mistake entries are happening. we had tuff time dealing this issue during transition period. is it possible to make inventory transaction with positive qty for issue goods from storage? regards frin

No for Issue Ax needs sign of quantity because it does not have concept of selection of entry type , only in case of transfer u can specify +ve qty but that is for moving Item from one Inventory dimension to another.
