Metrics on the GP Home Page disappeared after the Payroll updates in December 2011.

The metrics are no longer showing up on the GP 2010 R2 home page. My company only installed the payroll updates for 2011 for the end of year about a week ago. The metrics were working before the updates. I am able to access Report Manager and the kpi's and charts.  Any ideas what could be missing? We are running sql 2008 R2 as well so this shouldn't be an issue with the wrong sql version.

We figured it out. The solution is to go into GP and in Reporting Tools Setup you need to delete the URL's( but make sure you copy them first) then hit OK. Go back into Reporting Tools Setup and re-enter the URL's and this should fix the issue with the KPI's and Charts not showing up in the Metrics on the Home Page for GP.

actually make sure you switch the implemenation type from native mode to not implimented when you deleted the URLs
