Hi MS Community,
Is there a report that I can export that includes:
Thank you everyone! I'm learning new functionalities everyday thanks to you all
great idea!
I would suggest publish page 518 as web service, copy the OData url.
Create a new excel work book, go to Data > Get Data > From other sources > From Odata feed.
Enter the URL and provide the authentication.
The data will retrieved to the excel automatically.
Hope it helps.
I go to a specific item, drill on the Qty on Purch Lines field, then adjust my filters so that I have all purchase lines, then I can Export to Excel and do a little work.
That option is based on having a specific permission set. It’s also only a good option for one offs. I’d urge you to review the other options with my consideration
Hi Davinna Webb,
I wasn't able to "click the link to view the table" as suggested. Is the link supposed to be located here (See the red circle in screen shot below).
Or somewhere else?
Hi,
there is a workaround to view/extract purchase order lines in the system.
Open any purchase order and select a line.
Use the help function (Ctrl+ALT+F1 or see below):
Then:
Hi
These are the only reports available in standard
docs.microsoft.com/.../purchase-reports
If this does not work then you can connect Power BI and get more reports from the system by adding the fields you need

Run the page directly. It’s page 518. This gives you the method to do it: docs.microsoft.com/.../devenv-web-client-urls
Given you have a calculated field you might consider MahGah’s suggestion in combination with an Excel layout.
Other option would be to use power query in excel and you can layer in a custom column for your calculation. To do that publish page 518 as a web service and then use Excel’s “get data” option for OData. Paste in the URL you get after publishing a web service for page 518. Power BI offers up a similar possibility.
