Hello, what is the process for integration into your Property Management System? I have some hotels that use your PMS and want us to integrate with them. Please advise.

Not clear what you mean but using WS (if possible) could be the best way to integrate an external app with the NAV business logic.
Usually PMS has standard export of text (.csv) files that can be imported to NAV using xml port (msdn.microsoft.com/.../dd338846(v=nav.90).aspx), e.g. HRS Materials Control and similar.
Alternatively, you can setup a web-service data exchange (msdn.microsoft.com/.../dd355398(v=nav.90).aspx) is supported by PMS.
