Is hyperlinks possible on work templates ?

Hi,

We are in the process of upgrading from GP10 to GP2010R2. While redesigning the forms, I am trying to have tracking number printed with hyperlink on our invoice form (word template) to be send as an HTML attachment. Is this possible ?

    Hi Ajit,

    Thank you for your inquiry,

    There is a know issue with hyperlinks and mailto: links in Word Templates. This is being looked at for resolution in Dynamics Gp 2010 SP3.
