Re-import is not working for updating contacts

From Dynamics 365 online, I've exported a list of contacts from CRM and that need a re-import after updating a few details like address or phone numbers.

For re-import, I selected No to Duplicate contacts but I came across a failure that these records are already exist in CRM.

A record with these values already exists. A duplicate record cannot be created. Select one or more unique values and try again.

Any idea to have a re-import in dynamics 365?

Hi Mohsin,

Have you mapped the (Do Not Modify) Contact ,(Do Not Modify) Modified On

(Do Not Modify) Row Checksum fields properly?
