Hi All
I want to see if its possible set up permissions so documents can be viewed and edited by only users linked to the header warehouse (or dimension) . So for example if we have a country dimension with values US,NZ . Users 1 linked to both US and NZ, user2 only NZ. In that instance user 1 can view all sales orders with country US or NZ, user2 only NZ. I see in the base app warehouse employee setup kind of use this logic. the other option is to customise

User Permission to filter By Warehouse/Dimension
    Hello,

To set up permissions in Business Central so that documents can be viewed and edited only by users linked to specific warehouses or dimensions, you can use Security Filters on permission sets.

And if the Requirement cannot be fulfilled by Applying Security Filter then you should do Customization for the same.

User Permission to filter By Warehouse/Dimension
In Business Central, standard permission sets don’t natively restrict access based on dimensions or warehouse locations. However, you can achieve this using Security Filters on permission sets, which allow you to limit data access based on specific fields, such as the Country Dimension or Warehouse Code. This would ensure users can only view and edit documents linked to their assigned locations.

Hope you can configure it using below link

If more advanced filtering is needed, a customization using AL code or Power Automate might be required to enforce these rules dynamically.
