how to troubleshooting "in process" status items on recurring job import

Hi everyone,

we are experiencing a problem in D365 recurring job import process. We create an XML element file to import on a custom entity, sent it by RESP API to Data Management (the file is correctly equeued), When it is processed it remain stuck in "in process" status. No other information are available to understand the problem. How can we troubleshoot this problem?

Do you see any error in the detail when you open the wf instance?

I don't see any error details on the import istance or in messages queue.
