Notes are being overwritten in production environment

Hi,
 
I have a very strange issue - in Timeline, notes specifically, they are being overwritten by the latest change. It works all properly in dev environment, but not in production environment. Does any of you have any idea how to solve it?
 
All notes here seem to be written 11.11., but they are not, all notes are from different dates.

    Notes are being overwritten in production environment
    If you have enabled audit can you check once what has been changed? Because notes are editable unlike post, which can not be editable once it is created.
