Rollup 15 - Uninstall

Please help, when I install CRM 2011 Client, it looks to Windows update and installs Rollup 15, and I need to uninstall this, because I use the link to Word, and Rollup 15 ruins this feature.

My Company uses this feature on daily basis.

If I try to uninstall the rollup it has to have a client.msi file from the temp folder, the one in the program files\CRM... don not Work.

Please Help

I heard that the feature, linking fields to Word from CRM 2013, has been removed, and only works trough mails, please make it appear again also trough word:-)

    Hello,

If you do not want the latest update roll up to be installed while installing the CRM for Outlook, use the option of not downloading the updates while the installation starts or while installing the CRM for outlook, while it searches for the Microsoft update you could unplug your machine from any Internet connection.

And if even it gets installed then you could go to Programs and Features >>> View installed updates and remove the Update Roll up 15 from the list.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Rob Moses

    Hi, I found a solution

After installing CRM Client, I installed the Roll Up 14 as well, and then restarted the Computer, now I could uninstall Roll Up 15, and now the link to Word Works :)

    Kind regards
