user log in error

Hi Experts,
 
I got an error when trying to log in a customer's prod from partner center. What does it mean by this error?
 
user xyz was successfully authenticated, however, the account isn't active in Business Central.

    This was resolved. My user was disabled unintentionally by other admin.

    This error means that the user successfully authenticated through Azure AD or another identity provider, but their account is not set up as an active user in the Business Central environment.
