i want to get the user full activity log report, the report shouldn't be just contained user log in and log out record.

Can you describe in detail what you are looking for? What exactly is your definition of 'full activity log report'?

I am just looking for a report which should contain the below records:
*user a is created which journals
*user a is approved which journals
*user a spends how much time on which module
There's no such thing available out of the box.
But you can develop a customization to send events of every opened form to Azure Application Insights.
