GP Security Console File Corrupted Or Contained Invalid Data

Hi,

we are using connector to sync data from CRM<-->GP all the web services are published and things was running fine.

But since yesterday all web services and sync stopped because the GP security console get corrupted.

Exact error message is " The Console File Is Corrupted or Contains Invalid Data. Could not access the security console service. Unable to connect to the Remote Server choose the select application to Specify the services and applications you wish to administer."   

can anyone please explain me the root cause for this error and the steps to resolve this issue .

    Ravi it looks like web services corrupted please reinstall it to resolve the issue.

    I had this issue and it seems silly but I was logging into the machine that did not have permissions to read the file.  When I logged into the machine with the account that had admin access it allowed me access to that file.

    The issue I had was that the settings were reset to default somehow.   If that happens again I will post a different question.

    Did you re-install the web services and did that fix your issue?

    Yes, i had reinstalled the web services again. and the issue resolved.
