Sales Tax - Is there a way to tax components versus an entire kit?

I have a client, running GP 10.0 sp5, that has numerous kits setup and some of the components are none tax items. Is there a product or setup that will allow individual components of a kit to have sales tax applied instead of taxing an entire kit?

Hi Dave -

Thank you for using Microsoft Online Communities. I understand that you would like to have your kit items taxed based on the components rather than the entire kit. Unfortunately, if you want the component items to be taxed, you will need to add them on the invoice as a line item instead of using the Kit item.

As I agree that this would be a great improvement to our product, I have created a product suggestion for this. You can vote for it at the link below.
