In Dev CRM, we have developed one SLA for our case module with 6 SLA items in it. It works fine in dev. The moment we deployed the SLA to stage, it stopped working. I have checked the system jobs as well as background processes running while a case is created, but I don’t see any SLA related workflow getting triggered.
Moreover, we deactivated the sla, created another new very simple sla- activated it and also set it as default. But still sla is not getting triggerd. Nor can I see any background sla processes running or getting triggered. I guess the sla feature is not working in stage CRM as intended. Is this a MS bug? Screenshots attached
