I have been working on a CRM 2011 project for over 1 year. What are the basic Dynamic CRM functions or skills I should have sell my skills to another company.
I have imported data, customized entities, created custom reports, and created workflows that feed dashboards.
What other skill should I poses to my ability to contribute a company that hires provides customize CRM solutions for 3rd parties?

Although it certainly isn't the only answer - a good starting point would be to study for the Dynamics CRM 2011 Microsoft Certifications:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Installation and Deployment - www.microsoft.com/.../exam.aspx
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Applications - www.microsoft.com/.../exam.aspx
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Customization and Configuration - www.microsoft.com/.../exam.aspx
They will give you a very good foundation in the skills that you will need. If you look at the Skills Measured for each of these courses, it will also give you a good study guide even if you don't want to take the exam.
The Online help and SDK are also great resources to learn the skills you need.
