During the upgrade of our development environment (Tier 1) from version 10.0.41 to 10.0.43, I encountered the following error: "Preparing this environment for servicing has failed."
The logs are 0 KB in size, and restarting the VM or retrying the operation did not solve the issue.
Noting that the Power Platform Integration tab displays the following error:
ErrorCode - 95112
ErrorMessage - Attempted to remotely execute a powershell script but was unable to reach the Windows Remote Management service. Please make sure the virtual machine [devxxxxxxx-1] in resource group [yyyyyyy] is accessible
Do you have any idea what might be causing this or how to fix it?

Yes, the environment is powered on, and there are no changes to the administrator account.
FYI : I found a workaround to unblock the situation: I installed the package by running the PowerShell commands directly from the VM, and it worked
