Issue in Custom Order Step.

Hi there,

      In my custom order step, After the Shipper step i have created PO Acknowledgement process as a custom one. But it won't move to the next step(Print Packing Slip). But the PO Ack process has created the IMPT file as well as but its repeated the same process. Does anyone have the solution.

    Status of the Print Packing Slip is Required and invoke automatically flag is checked, Ofcourse Process Manager will automatically print the reports.

    What is the Status and Invoke Automatically flag set to for the Print Packing Slip step?  Are you expecting Process Manager to print the report automatically?
