I logged into my account in Microsoft Dynamics CRM online but somehow my home page layout is very different to everyone else's online. How do I change it?

This is a mobile client, if the browser that you are using is not compatible with your CRM version then it will be open mobile client as this is a fall back client.
Please check for supported web browser for Dynamics 365 : technet.microsoft.com/.../hh699710.aspx
