Importing from Excel to Purchasing and Sales

Very new to Dynamics GP so very limited knowledge however have been tasked to improve efficiency.

We have a number of invoices that have multiple lines of data entry and would like to import from excel (or copy and paste like journal entry function).

Wondering also if there is an option for import for cash receipts.

We are currently using Dynamics GP 2018 and I don't believe we have integration manager. What are my options?

Again, very new so detailed instructions would be great :)

I'm not sure about native GP functionality but we use eOne's SmartConnect for doing those tasks all the time. Do you own that product?
