Hi
I have installed AA on a 2012 Server and when I log in can access AA with no issue, but when I log in as sa from a users workstation I cannot see my Analytical Accounting setup. What have I done wrong, everything else works perfect. Any ideas?

Thanks, yes you are correct. AA was not installed on the local client. Installed on the client and it fixed the issue. I should have logged in and checked myself instead of going with what the client said.

Make sure you have installed AA on the client's installation of GP, not just the server. All client and server GP installations must have the same modules/products chosen during the installation if you want consistent access.
On the user's workstation:
Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 > Change > Add/Remove Features
Make sure you check the box for Analytical Accounting and let it install
Log in to GP 2015 again and you should be able to use AA.
