I was using a simple macro. I regenerated the macro using intelligent and it worked beautifully. Thanks so much!

Hi Sharon,
I used your line of data except for changing the account and subaccount and it imported perfectly. I am using an Intelligent Control Macro. I unchecked the Run Minimized box . In the Transaction Import screen, click Options. I have Combined Edit and Update checked.
Also, are you testing the same account/sub over and over? Try and test a different account/subaccount using the settings that I have above.

It will work if I want to equally distribute it but if I try to but manual only picks up the first month. Here is one line of data:
Budget,52102,070000,Budget,2012,,9496,791,791,791,791,791,791,791,791,791,791,791,790,
and here is the message I get

When I go to budget maintenance, the only items that show are the 9496 and 791 in January.

This is a sample line from a data file for the Budget Maintenance screen that works properly for me:

Also, here is another if you are distributing equally;

Off hand I can't say what the issue is without looking at your data but perhaps the above two examples will help figure out what is wrong with your data file.
